5+ stars for customer service AND food quality!! I ordered for pickup then got so busy I wasn't able to go pickup for almost 4 hours. They had figured I wasn't coming so they had tossed the food by then but the woman at the cashier was so nice about it, she apologized that they assumed I wasn't coming and had me go get the food re-made fresh. They made it really quick and it was nice having warm, crispy curly fries instead of cold and soggy (which would have been my fault for picking up so late anyways...). Food was delicious, got the monte cristo panini and curly fries - their fries are delicious and a great quantity for the money!

I work on 27th and Park Ave, so not so far away. My food comes piping hot and fresh. Food there is always top. I prefer to go there and pick up food as it is a huge place with a wide variety of food. I like their sandwiches because the meats are cooked daily, bread baked there daily. If you walk in during the AM, you can see them baking. So you know its fresh.

I adore Essen. They always have my order ready quickly. Their salads are a great value. I order from them several times a week. They always brighten my day. In a world full of fake restaurants and second rate food, Essen is a beacon of quality and customer service

Pleasantly surprised about the portion of french toast for the inexpensive price and the side of bacon was delicious. Excellent deal (add your own real syrup, they give the corn syrup stuff). Berry smoothy a perfect compliment. Will definitely order again.

Yes. A thousand times yes. Soups are great. They have a super wide selection every day, so you'll always find something you like. I order them consistently and they're always substantial & delicious (and very well priced). Fast delivery, too!
